Costco Tire Service Center

I'm not going to thrash another Costco, but let's just say this tire center location will put a smile on your face where another nearby store's tire center may do the opposite. Great customer service here!

Josh from the Costco Everett tire center did a phenomenal job. I had an appointment to get my daughter's tire replaced, but it turned out that it was able to be repaired for a minimal cost. Josh was completely transparent and had our best interests in mind; we felt extremely well taken care of on this visit. Though it was not a large purchase, because Josh took such good care of my family, I will absolutely return to Costco when I need new tires.

Do not waste time at this location. Appointments are a waste of time here. Made an appointment to replace my tires not to have a casual conversation about maybe ordering them someday. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told they didn’t even have the tires in stock because whoever set up the appointment never ordered them. Costco’s own tire policy states: “Appointments are intended to reserve installation time for tires already available at the warehouse.” So why let customers book appointments for tires they don’t even have? This was a complete waste of time. The technicians seemed more interested in talking than actually working, and no one took responsibility for the mistake. Save yourself the headache don’t bother making an appointment. They wont have ur tires when you arrive for your appointment.

Best experience I’ve ever had getting my tires serviced! I had my car towed to this Costco after blowing out two of my tires. I was greeted by one of the employees and told to head inside to talk to the manager to sort everything out. This is when I worked with Chuck (If I remember correctly), he was at the front desk and worked with me to order new tires and wheels ASAP. Even with the large amount of folks needing help he was calm and extremely thorough to make sure I had all the information. They were super quick to change out my tires and wheels, the longest part was waiting for the custom wheels to get shipped in on my end. They got delivered Wednesday night after closing, Thursday morning I got a call from Chuck at 8am I got call saying my car was ready. Chuck came in early just to get my car done early in the day so I could have my car back before July 4th. The only thing that upset me was that he refused to take the tip I offered him when picking up the car. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Chuck made this stressful and worrying time a breeze and I am forever grateful to him and the Costco Tire staff!

I have to say my experience with this place has been horrible. I first came in over a month ago to get winter tires on. The guy that helped me was a complete jerk. My car is new and I didn't know some answers to the questions he asked because I am not a car person and my dad bought the car for me. I ended up calling my dad and got the answers but the guy figured it out anyways. I literally wanted to cry with how he was making me feel. I gave the guy the benefit of the doubt because his whole team called out and he was alone. I let it go but this time I am not. I came back to put my regular tires back on and made an appointment on line. I tell the guy at the counter what time my appointment is and he says we don't have appointment times like that. "Okay well that's what I made on line." He only acknowledged the time after I told him I made it online. I went shopping while they took my car in. I check out and was going to get something to eat and they call me to tell me after an hour that I have a hole in my tire and it's not repairable and I need to buy a new one. A new tire is $180. Super annoying since they had my car for an hour and what I thought was a phone call saying that I'm
